The company is a firm in Spain, primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of basic iron, steel, and ferro-alloys. With headquarters in Arteixo, Spain, it was established in 2000 as a joint-venture of steel company, Hierros Añón S.A and Rodonita S.L., a company that belongs to the Epifanio Campo Group which is active in the sector of industrial materials. The company, established by the two companies primarily to manufacture steel and supply approximately 70 percent of its products to other companies that belongs to Hierros Añón S.A and Rodonita S.L. The remaining of the company's production are to be exported outside European Union, primarily in North Africa and Latin America. The company has manufacturing facilities in La Coruna, Spain. In 2004, the company also acquired Acieries del'Atlantique from Arcelor's Group located in (Boucau), Southwest of France. The plant in Boucau, has a capacity to produce of approximately 500,000 tons of steel annually.
